news: ITP joins Homes England Multidisciplinary Framework
Monday 18th February 2019
Earlier this month twenty housing specialists were appointed to Homes England’s new Multidisciplinary Framework, and ITP is delighted to be part of the successful Tibbalds Campbell Reith Joint Venture team.
Lasting for a total of four years, the new Multidisciplinary Framework will ensure Homes England can increase the pace, scale and quality of development across the UK. It provides access to specialists from the planning, housing and transport sectors, whose consultancy services will help Homes England achieve its aims. The framework can also be used in support of private sector development projects; assisting with land purchase, remediation of contaminated brownfield sites, and infrastructure delivery. ITP’s team will provide technical expertise on all elements of transport planning and sustainable transport provision.
Dan Palmer, Head of Development Planning at ITP said:
“Over the last four years our team has been involved in developing sustainable transport strategies for major residential and commercial growth projects; including rail freight interchanges along the M1, Garden Communities in North Essex, and a Local Plan Review in Oxfordshire. We are delighted to be part of the Tibbalds Campbell Reith Joint Venture, and look forward to supporting clients on similar projects over the next four years.”
