news: Could you lead our South West team?

Having opened our Bristol office in autumn 2017, ITP is currently seeking a talented transport planner - who we expect will have at least 15 years’ experience - to head-up our South West team.
The right person will light the afterburners on our South West growth strategy; captivating and leading our existing team of bright transport planners to help them find like-minded clients, colleagues and collaborators with whom we can do good work.
Reporting directly to ITP’s Board, they will be given autonomy to lead all aspects of company growth in the South West region - including business development, staffing, project delivery, and client liaison - and will be expected to:
- Build on a well-established network of industry contacts
- Proactively grow ITP’s presence and workload in the South West
- Lead a technical area of expertise within ITP
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage, develop and inspire our established team in Bristol
- Monitor and report regularly on your progress
